To use the 3301 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Access to the platform is intended solely for individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction within the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited under any law that applies to you personally.

3301 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the platform is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager. 3301 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending review.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 3301 platform only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without refund of balances. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid Philippine government-issued ID for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as authorised by you, and 3301 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your password. Account sharing, transfers, or sales between players are not permitted under any circumstances.

All transactions on 3301 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits can be made via GCash, Maya, or participating local Philippine bank transfer channels as listed in the Finance section. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed within the Finance dashboard at the time of deposit. 3301 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete. Players must complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be approved. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel and are outlined in the Finance section. 3301 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. All bets placed on the 3301 platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of each bet — including selection, stake amount, and market — before submission. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, and 3301 is under no obligation to reverse a confirmed wager based on player error. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that market. For lottery draws, results are final once officially confirmed by the draw operator. Any discrepancies between displayed odds and actual settled odds due to technical error will be investigated, and 3301 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct odds. Suspected use of automated betting tools, exploitation of pricing errors, or any form of odds manipulation constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3301 offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, voucher codes, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that specify the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry period. Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are non-transferable. Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. 3301 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus payout. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3301 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability, and 3301 is not liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such interruptions. We take reasonable steps to minimise downtime and communicate scheduled maintenance windows in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3301's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 3301 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

3301 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3301 platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 3301 encourages players to attempt resolution through our internal dispute process before initiating formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3301 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications or understandings on the same subject matter.
